biography
Patricia M. Ndungu is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya following her admission to the bar in the year 1984.
She is the Senior Partner and Captain of the Firm.
Areas of Practice
She litigates in Civil, Commercial, Family, Land and Environmental Law, Employment and Labour law, Contract law, Tax and Customs matters and Criminal Law.
She also has a wealth of experience in dealing with matters in various tribunals such as the Business Premises Rent Tribunal, the Tax Appeals Tribunal, Rent Restrictions Tribunal etc.
PM has gained experience over the years in the incorporation of companies, societies, trusts, preparation of contracts, agreements for sale, joint ventures and takeovers, drawing of wills & testaments and Codicils.
She is also well-versed with International matters including international law and is a consultant on international issues.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
She is also a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public.
She is also a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
She is a Certified Professional Mediator with the Mediation Training Institute and is an accredited Mediator with the Judiciary, has promoted mediation in disputes with numerous success stories.
